Bill was very nice. He did an almost perfect job on our countertops- better than anyone could have done without having them be custom moulded. He had to cancel one appointment with us because his wife was in the hospital, and felt so bad about it that he came in on a Sunday to try and finish up. When he was finished, he felt the corner joint didn't look quite good enough (I would have been happy with it the way it was), so he went to the store to get caulking- at his cost- to make it look perfect.
